Project Manager IT (m/f/d)
Pixtunes is a Berlin-based deep-tech startup with the goal of introducing a completely new entertainment technology to the world of consumer electronics that will change the way people perceive their own reality in everyday life.

About the role:
This is a great opportunity for a leadership role in disrupting a dormant multi-billion dollar market. We are looking for our first Project Manager who will play an integral role in the company's growth path and future. In this position, the person will work closely with the C-level and will lead tech projects by collecting requirements, defining technical scope and milestones, and aligning projects with other stakeholders in the company.

Tasks
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure what priorities / features are important
- You work closely with developers and the tech developers and designers to build our pixtunes solutions
- Testing solutions and ensuring that everything works
- Help creating functional specifications, project / release plans, and roadmaps
- Manage to keep deadlines and stay inside budgets
- Facilitate stakeholders: plan your meetings and keep parties updated on the delivery of developments, be able to translate technical terminology to non-digital stakeholders and provide training
- Facilitate third-parties: you may need to outsource work to third parties or engage with other third parties who are also working on projects
Requirements
- Music/ Audio Background is a must
- You are confident to take initiative and present new ideas to your peers
- You have excellent English-language skills to work in an international team, German would be a plus
- Business oriented mindset and positive attitude, with the ability to work on multiple projects which will include effective prioritisation and timely completion
- You have always wished for an environment that consistently carries out software projects at the highest level of quality and you have all the necessary skills and experience to do so
- Basic knowledge of at least HTML, CSS and JS
- Affinity to deep-tech startups and music is also a plus
